Common questions
Who sells the products on picksy?
Independent sellers. Your sales contract is directly with the seller, and picksy provides the platform (Terms of service, § 9).
How can I pay?
With BLIK, Przelewy24, a Visa or Mastercard card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
How do I leave a review?
Once your order is delivered, you can review the seller and each product from that order in the picksy app. See the review policy for details.
